Terms and conditions

• By using websites under Alltronic Pte Ltd., you agree to be bounded by its conditions of use, various policies and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that are set out by Alltronic Computers. • Definitions: In the following terms and conditions, “we” and “us” refers to Alltronic Computers and “you” means the individual, firm or organization purchasing the products in your Order.  Confirmation email: Email sent by us after initial sales order is being processed.  Sales orders: Order submitted via platform from Alltronic website or email. 1. Pre-sales/ Order/ Age 1.1. All sales orders submitted to Alltronic via the Alltronic website are subject to our acceptance. 1.2. Alltronic shall be entitled to cancel or terminate the obligation to fulfil any sales order, for any reason, even after the confirmation and payment of a sales order. We shall not be liable to any party for cases of termination or cancellation. In any case, we shall refund to the customer the price of the good purchased, should the cancellation be initiated on our side. 1.3. Only persons aged 18 and above at point of purchase may submit a sales order online via out Alltronic Website. 2. Payment 2.1. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). 2.2. Should your purchase involve any form of installation, full payment must be made to Alltronic before any delivery or installation. 2.3. For consumer purchase, customers can choose between e-payment via Paypal or cash upon delivery. 2.4. Only for corporate purchases, clients can choose to pay via cheques or cash upon delivery. 3. Discrepancies on website 3.1. We apologize in advance should there be errors found on our website. However, prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. 3.2. Such discrepancies regarding prices and quantities will be corrected when discovered. Yet we reserve the rights to revoke any stated offer even after a sales order has been submitted and payment has been made. 3.3. Alltronic Computers attempts at its best to display product images as accurate as possible. However, there is no way we can guarantee that the colour you perceive on your screen matches the exact colour of the product. 4. Delivery/ Collection (ONLY for local orders) 4.1. Delivery will be 3-5 working days after your order has been processed. 4.2. Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 4.3. If you choose for the products to be delivered to you, delivery charges apply per sales order and the additional delivery charges will be reflected in the confirmation email sent by us. 4.4. Delivery charges varies with location and volume of the parcel, which will be quoted by us accordingly and confirmed in the email. 4.5. Delivery address is restricted within Singapore Main Island and Sentosa. Exclusions are Jurong Island and government restricted areas. 4.6. Self-collection option is available from Alltronic Computer(s) retail store, located in Sim Lim Sqare #04-02A. Please present a print out of the confirmation email from us at point of collection. 4.7. In the event of an exchange, the value of exchange will exclude delivery charges and only applicable to the price of the product itself. 5. Cancellation, exchanges and returns 5.1. Alltronic reserves the right to refund you the price of any products even after sales order and payment have been processed and confirmed. 5.2. Exchange and return policy: In accordance to the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, Alltronic Computers reserves the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, require you to disprove) that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery. 5.3. Kind reminder that the Lemon Law under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply if the defect was specially and honestly pointed out to the consumer before purchase, or an examination should have revealed the defect when the buyer examined the goods before the purchase was made. 5.4. If you have purchased our discounted display products, the prices reflects the fact that they may have sustained fair wear and tear and they cannot be returned unless proven faulty at point of purchase. Display products cannot be replaced with a full price item. It is your responsibility to check and ensure that display products are of satisfactory condition and agree to the price discounted in exchange of the wear and tear. 5.5. We do not provide cash refunds for returns. You may exchange for another product of the same (or lower) value. Alltronic Computers will not provide any form of return or exchange should you purchase similar/ same products from any third party sellers (Kindly retain to your receipt/ invoices issued by Alltronic in any case). 5.6. Within 7 days from the day of purchase, faulty products can be brought back to Alltronic Computers. However, actions taken from then on would depend on the respective brand of the product, according to the brand’s return policy. 5.7. In the event of an exchange, the value of exchange will exclude delivery charges and only applicable to the price of the product itself. 5.8. In the event of any dispute, Alltronic reserves the right of final decision. 6. Warranty 6.1. With respect to branded (non-home brand) products, warranty applies as long as manufacturer or distributor offers, covering purchased product. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer or distributor, for any claims related to warranties offered by them. Return and repair procedure will be according the policies of respective brands. 6.2. With respect to Alltronic (home brand) products, we make no warranties except for our return policy within the first 7 days (unless otherwise stated and told to you at time of purchase) from point of purchase. 7. Others 7.1. By using the Alltronic websites, you expressly agree that the use of the website is at your sole risk. 7.2. Alltronic, may at its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of Alltronic’s websites at any time should you show signs of abuse to the website. 7.3. Under no circumstances shall Alltronic or its Associates be liable or any direct, indirect or incidental damages that result from your use or your inability to use Alltronic website, including but not limited to you obtaining information from Alltronic websites that results in interruptions, deletion, corruption of files, mistakes, viruses, delay in operation or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, even if an authorized representative of Alltronic should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. This condition shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through Alltronic websites. 8. Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) 8.1. A person who is not a party these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions. 9. Governing Law 9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of Singapore. Both Alltronic and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
