Shipping, Delivery and Returns

At Alltronic, we aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible. More importantly, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can.

*We try our best to personally facilitate the delivery of our orders. Therefore it would usually take place between 10am to 12noon or 8pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday.

Should we be unable to personally deliver the product to you, courier services will be engaged and additionally costs would be applied accordingly.  

Delivery address is restricted within Singapore Main Island and Sentosa. Exclusions are Jurong Island and government restricted areas.


Delivery charges range from $10-$50, depending on locations, volume of parcel and mode of delivery.

Currently, all local sales order above $100 will enjoy free shipping.

For international parcels, freight charges will be separately reflected in the confirmation email sent out by us.

Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns and cancellations. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.


Yes! We understand most of you are always on-the-go and may not be at home most of the time. So to make shopping even more convenient for you, you may choose to pick your products up at our retail shopfront at Funan Digitalife Mall #04-33, anytime during our opening hours (Monday-Saturday 11am to 8pm/ Sunday 1230pm to 6pm).

International Shipping

Yes, we do ship internationally (Additional international freight charges apply).

Receiving Package

Yes. There will be a proof of delivery document for you, or the authorised/intended recipient to sign upon the delivery of the parcel.

Delivery Time

As much as we try to personally handle the deliveries, we will personally confirm the delivery timings with you via our confirmation email. Delivery time will generally be from Monday to Fridays, either 10am to 12noon or 8pm to 10pm, if delivery is done by us. If courier services is chosen, then delivery timing will be further confirmed.


Please note that the return condition for International parcels differs from that of Local parcels.

Unless otherwise stated in the confirmation email or product description, the general requirements for all returns (Local and International) are as follows:

  • Alltronic reserves the right to refund you the price of any products even after sales order and payment have been processed and confirmed.
  • Exchange and return policy: In accordance to the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, Alltronic Computers reserves the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, require you to disprove) that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery.
  • Kind reminder that the Lemon Law under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply if the defect was specially and honestly pointed out to the consumer before purchase, or an examination should have revealed the defect when the buyer examined the goods before the purchase was made.
  • If you have purchased our discounted display products, the prices reflects the fact that they may have sustained fair wear and tear and they cannot be returned unless proven faulty at point of purchase. Display products cannot be replaced with a full price item. It is your responsibility to check and ensure that display products are of satisfactory condition and agree to the price discounted in exchange of the wear and tear.
  • We do not provide cash refunds for returns. You may exchange for another product of the same (or lower) value. Alltronic Computers will not provide any form of return or exchange should you purchase similar/ same products from any third party sellers (Kindly retain to your receipt/ invoices issued by Alltronic in any case).
  • Within 7 days from the day of purchase, faulty products can be brought back to Alltronic Computers. However, actions taken from then on would depend on the respective brand of the product, according to the brand’s return policy.
  • In the event of an exchange, the value of exchange will exclude delivery charges and only applicable to the price of the product itself.
  • In the event of any dispute, Alltronic reserves the right of final decision
